IMPORTANT RMA PROCEDURES
- Complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem with
your Inteset system.
ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED.
- All returning product serial numbers must match the original invoice.
- The Customer Service Department will email back to you an RMA number or
provide a reason for denial.
- Return your product to Inteset in the Original Packing Material.
- Insure all products shipped to Inteset, or accept the risk if the
product is lost or damaged.
- Your assigned RMA will be valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
- You MUST write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box.
