IMPORTANT RMA PROCEDURES

  1. Complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem with your Inteset system.
    ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED.
  2. All returning product serial numbers must match the original invoice.
  3. The Customer Service Department will email back to you an RMA number or provide a reason for denial.
  4. Return your product to Inteset in the Original Packing Material.
  5. Insure all products shipped to Inteset, or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged.
  6. Your assigned RMA will be valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
  7. You MUST write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box.
