The TeraRAID™ IV-NAS A/V storage server is the ideal compliment to Inteset's Phoenix Media Player line.
This 1U, network attached, RAID 5 protected system can store up to 6 terabytes of personal media content including 860 DVDs or 180 Blu-ray movies and nearly all music, picture, and high definition video formats.
The elegant, brushed aluminum faceplate, 19 inch depth and quiet operation make it suitable for any A/V rack installation.
If a user has 2 or more dwellings, the units can be set up to securely synchronize with each other over a standard Internet connection.
The system's high-speed processor supports up to 8 simultaneous blu-ray movie streams over a gigabit Ethernet network.
The server is extremely energy efficient drawing only 62W of power during typical operation.
It can be equipped with a redundant power supply configuration and includes an extra 2TB hot-swappable hard drive with every purchase.
The TeraRAID™ IV-NAS monitors itself and will alert Inteset support and the responsible dealer of any impending issues such as low disk space, failing hard drive, cooling problems and more via Inteset's Heartbeat Monitoring service which is free for the first year.
