Inteset offers a 24hr/7day/365yr, server monitoring service dubbed “Inteset Heartbeat Monitoring Service™.” Inteset remotely monitors all essential hardware, software, and network aspects of its media players and NAS servers systems. This provides an automatic and proactive support mechanism for dealers creating greater customer satisfaction.

 

The monitoring agent on the devices will track elements including hard drive, fan, and power supply faults, low disk space, network bandwidth usage and connectivity, various applications. All trouble alerts from a system are instantly distributed to Inteset for analysis and are then forwarded to the dealer. In addition, certain monitors will take self correcting actions on the system depending on the trouble.

 

The Heartbeat Monitoring Service™ is available on Phoenix and TeraRAID NAS A/V Servers and is free for the first year.
